Winners- Karaoke Grand Prize

Grand Prize: Alexa Kissinger, 18, is the reigning Miss O'Fallon (Ill.). A graduate this year of O'Fallon Township High School, she plans to study political science and Spanish at Arizona State University. She sang "What I Did for Love" from "A Chorus Line" because "I know it from the movie. I hope I'll get to see it next spring (at the Fox)," she said.

Second place: Maggie Baine, 14, of Creve Coeur, chose "I Feel Pretty" because she "didn't want to do a slow song. I wanted to do something fun and happy," she said. She knows "West Side Story" well because her brother just played one of the Jets in his school show. In the fall, Maggie will be a freshman at Cor Jesu Academy.

Third place: Lauren Geisz, 12, of Oakville, won the kids-only round that was held when "High School Musical" played the Muny. She sang "Tomorrow" because "I just love 'Annie,'" she said. "It's my favorite musical." Lauren goes to Queen of All Saints School.

Fourth place: Joe Becker, 32, of Fenton, sang "Luck Be a Lady" because he's a big fan of Frank Sinatra, who made it one of his signature songs. (Although Sinatra was in the movie version of "Guys and Dolls," that song went to the leading man, Marlon Brando.) "I don't know if the most talented person won, but I bet I swayed the most," said Becker, who works for the U.S. Postal Service. "I actually like musicals a lot. My wife and I go to the Muny all the time."
